Placing an order for collection


Most of our outlets provide a delivery service but you can also choose to collect your order.

How do I cancel an order?


We do not offer a cancellation service on our website but you may contact the outlet direct as the details will be on the confirmation email, and request the order be cancelled. This is at the outlet's discretion and we can only refund on-line payments if the outlet has authorised the cancellation.

How do I know my order's been received?


We have a support team monitoring orders passing through Takeawayplanet.com. The system allows us to see when your order arrives with the outlet. If we do not receive a valid delivery report for the order, one of our team will call the outlet to confirm it has been received and if necessary, place the order over the phone for you.

What are my payment options?

Yes, as long as you have placed an order for the minimum amount with the first outlet, you can then place an order with a second outlet. Simply click the order food from another restaurant button on the check out page. Payment options are the same for multiple outlets as they are for a single transaction. This service is provided as a convenience only, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that orders made will be delivered at the same time. Sorry about that one.

Will you use my personal details?


Your personal details are completely secure and are not shared with any third party. We only pass on the details required to the outlet to ensure your order is delivered and nothing else.

Are my card details secure if I pay online?
